Default JSGME upgrade

So I checckd my JSGME after my reent uprade to windows 8 and found that it is an older version, the one that comes along with GWX.
It is working flawlessly at the moment too.

Does anyone know the correct method to upgrade to latest version , do I need to unmod the game first etc?

Thanks in advance

John

Get it from the SubSim Downloads page, tilities section:

Probably not, but it couldn't hurt to do so. Then unzip the JSGME.7z file, run JSGME setup.exe (answer "Yes" to any questions about overwriting files), and you are there. Run JSGME, take a snapshot of your existing game files so you can restore them if necessary, then re-activate you modlist. Save the mod profile so you can easily reactivate them later.

Default Could not find the below link

My hard drive crashed so I have had to totally reload SH3. I have downloaded the GWX3, JSGME and SH3 commander in the order provided in one of the posts I found.

However I cannot find this:
Get it from the SubSim Downloads page, tilities section:
http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/down...o=file&id=3951

Any help would be appreciated

@ Big Walleye: That turns up an invalid site banner and directs me to the Subscriber Lounge bonus mods selection panel too.

@ et1sw1064

That link doesn't work because it somehow got truncated. There are dots in the middle of the url. So either you copied the superficial text of the link, or the url was wrong to begin with.

Can you tell where you got it from?. Some page here on subsim?
