Default Does your partner fill your garden with junk?

My wife has a thing about stuffing every available space in our garden with pot plants and ornaments (mostly frogs and owls)

This means that any time I have to do an important man-job, like rodding the drains or cutting the grass, I have to shift dozens of bloody pots and concrete animals first

As if that weren't bad enough, I'm forever falling over the damned things

Does anyone else prefer an uncluttered garden?

Nearly thirty pots and a dozen or so concrete animals at the rear but most importantly....not a blade of grass.

I think you should look at this situation from another perspective, Eichhornchen. Just pave over the garden or lay concrete and you can either put up portable basketball stands with nets so you can play basketball. you could also use it as a squash court or play deck hockey on it. I'm sure there are other things you could do as well.

Now you have a nice recreation area.
