Love that first pic Armistead. Is that an "oil on canvass" effect? I have the same filter effect with Photoshop. That second pic looks like the A-bomb was dropped in the BG.

Some old ones I found, but looks like it. The second a sunk ship in the background and then I rammed a lifeboat for another explosion and lined it up to make it look like one explosion.......

The merchant's greatest fear.

Sailing off at the sunset (or was it sunrise, can't remember anymore.)

TMO 2.5 RSRD.

Shokaku, heavily damaged by US SBD dive bombers at Battle of Santa Cruz Islands in October 1942.I had no part in this as the air raid arrived at same time I was setting up to shoot, the ships zigged way outside my S Boat's Mark 10 torpedo range, so I watched the show.As in RL, Shokaku survived but left heavily damaged.

June 19, 1944 Battle of the Philippine Sea.TMO RSRD

After tracking this TF since 0430 and having to hide while they launched their airraids just as I prepared to move in and fire(they zigged to do so and yes, planes spawned, never knew they would do it if player was around) I finally got inside the TF through the screen and got Taiho in my scope. After getting a decent plot and speed on her, I set up and fired six torpedoes, which lead to her demise.I took the screenshots, some are from the decks of a heavy cruiser 4500-5000 yards to her starboard I believe, you can see her smoke cloud and fireball in the distance after secondary explosions ripped her apart. The delayed explosions are always pretty nice.

Not a safe place for those lifeboats to be, considering the suction from that carrier.

I'm still pretty new to the game, and I was doing the last training mission. I was surfacing, when to my surprise a Japanese Cruiser was heading on a collision course.

Let's just say we had a Burial at Sea.

I went bored one day and had this idea, I wonder if I could make a flying submarine.
So I went and edited the old S-18 class because I never use it.
Here is the results!
