SH3 Commander-The Complete Super Deluxe Thallium Commander's Special Ultimate Edition

I am having a bit of trouble. Does anyone know if the Supplement to V16b1(JSGME) is compatible with sh3 commander with GWX3? When I activate the above mentioned mod my game crashes during the initial load. I also noticed that when it is activated, my profile screen in sh3 commander shows "error" in all flotilla related boxes. Without this activated my watch officer won't automatically return to the bride when surfacing, TC slows to 1 every time I get a radio message and I cannot utilize the bad weather fix. I found some information about this with NYGM but can find nothing concerning GWX, which I use. As soon as I deactivate the Supplement, everything works good but I do not get the benefits of the fixes. The mod works fine before sh3 Commander is added. Any help is appreciated greatly. Thanks.
