Any other good Naval "MOVIES" ???
Obviously Das boot is great.. Is there "anything" even close??
U-571 believe it or not I thought was good and enjoyed it.. Sink the Bismark (old) was ok, is there anything else?? I don't care if its old, I would still like to see something... THanks~! |

how about "battle of river plate,pt-109,they were expendable and the enemy below? oh yeah, crash dive and operation pacific. all good flicks.

For WWII, Battle of the River Plate and Tora! Tora! Tora! are both great (And the latter might be my favourite war film too).

The 'Bedford Incident' is a very good, tension filled, film about a US destroyer and a Soviet submarine above the Arctic Circle during the cold war.

I can't believe no one caught this. I wouldn't say Pearl Harbor is a Naval movie. It has some naval forces in it but the focus is more on the love story I'd say.
