new torpedo skin - unsure about uploading as a mod

i have made a exterior skin for torpedos but im unsure as to make it an official mod heres a few pictures of it

I made a single sound that lasts 0.2 seconds, and released it as a mod (and it might as well be my best mod ever too!).

camoflage skin - good for sub vs sub games
you may hear them but you will find it very hard to see them
