I keep seeing 'blocky textures' in 2.0. I have a redeon sapphire X1650 Pro. Does anyone else see this. I will be testing different driver versions to see if that helps. I currently use Omega 3.8.231. I pushed up the contrast quite a bit to make them more visible on this picture.
**Am trying 3.8.273, see if that helps any.

According to Time-Life's day-by-day history of the war, at least one of the Polish DDs was among the escort for the Dunkirk evacuation fleet.
I had no idea she was still around. Awesome!

If you do have Photoshop, but can't/won't buy the plugin, then a workaround is to use a filter, found in Filters/Transform...which uses a similar glow, but caused by adding a subtle unsharpness.
