SHO Gota love fuel effencey.

Well I allways thought that ahead 1/3 was the most fuel efficient setting apparently I was wrong all these years. I found the magic number for efficiency and I did an 83 day patrol (Capetown AO) and only burned aoubt 60% of my fuel. Wow.

P.S

I am driving a IXC/40.

Yep, just set a speed and ask the navigator what the maximum range is at set speed once it settles out. Play with the speed until you find which one gives the best distance. This works for all U-Boats.
