Default Which MOD provided surface radar screen with range rings?

Returning to playing again but can't remember which mod provided the radar screen with range rings and magnification. I recently added two mods, Improved Ship Physics 2.4 and trying Real Environement by Kryllus(?) to stable mod list with TMO 2.5, OTC, and the Spyron campaign, and the radar screen no longer displays range rings. Just curious, these MODs work well so far, but I liked the radar screen with the range rings.

If your using OTC, you should have the PPI screen looking like this:

Make sure you're using the 1.5_Optical Targeting Correction 031312 for TMO 2.5.rar found here with TMO 2.5. You may have another mod added that's overwriting OTC's Radar........you may be SOL.

Don't forget to read the PDF OTC has in its "Documents" folder called "Using Radar".

Thanks Capn, I've been using OTC since you provided it, but, you are right, one of the mods I've installed after OTC has changed it. I'd like to find which one but would need to know which module it's in OTC so I can scan thru the other MODs. I suspect it's Real Environment by Krylus(?) or Improved Ship Physics since those and Ralles Sound are the mods I've recently added.

I doubt if the incompatibility would be a sound mod.

Probably, the improved ship physics. One of the main files for the radar is the Library/USSubParts/Sensors_USSubs.sim file. If someone uses this file, its no doubt that's the issue. Also, if someone changes the images found in the Data/Misc folder, that would be trouble.

Look in the documentation folder that OTC provides. It has changes made to the "menu_1024_768.ini" file which may have some bearing on someone's incompatibility. There are other documentation files that explain what I did. Try looking through them.

Thank you Capn, I'll look into it.
it's the Real Environment mod. It overwrote the OTC MISC folder radar files with what looks like the stock ones!!

You may have already figured this out, but in JSGME, if you try to unload a mod that has been affected by another, JSGME will tell you which ones need to be unloaded first. It is a quick and easy way to identify the one or ones causing the overlay. Just a thought...

Yes your right thanks for the suggestion. In this case, I had only added two mods but didn't know what folder created the radar screen images. When the Capn said look in Misc it was easy since ISP mod didn't include the Misc folder.
