camara problem

i could better name myself as the questionator :P
all i do is asking help over here, i hope you guys dont mind...

anyway i have several mods enabled ( yes it works ) but the camera is not working as it should be,
Yes i can move the cam on deck and thats about it..
i can move the external views like the original install, just close to the sub and then it bumps against an invisible wall ( like we all know it ) but with mods enabled it doesnt work as it should be

when i activate the mods earlier ( i had to reinstall becouse my compy broke down )
i could zoom in till in the ship and beyond, now i downloaded the new enviroment 4.5 ( do i need the patch maybe? ) the new pacific enviroments the row sfx v9 and row pacific enviroment 3.3
I tried to activate them one by one, looking if that works, now i have them all enabled and still not the camera movements i should have
Also when in commanding room normally you can "walk" trough the ship, that isnt working aswell...

can someone help me with this, did i forgot something? or maybe just something else
for those who made enviromental stuff, grait work... it looks awesome

I also want to add that i activated the dynamic shadows by changing a game file and it worked, but maybe that option disables a camera movement... its just a thought..

plz help me with this, becouse i cant finish my movie like this

I always enable the "ROW Realistic Camera with sway vs_2d" as a last Mod after enabling either the Pacific Environment or Environmental Effects MODs. There are about 4 variations of the ROW camera Mods...When enabled, your selected MOD will overwrite the cameras in the Environment Mods.
