My first question is – Should I enable NewUIs_TDC_7_4_2_TheDarkWraith in JSGME before I start the game for the 1st time ?

No reason why not.

Should I run the game first and do the tutorial,

You only need to start the tutorial and then exit.
You will see a new file in C:\Documents\SH5\data\cfg\CareerHistory
Recommend that you make a copy of it.

Secondly – Could you tell me the ‘exact location’ of my manual save(s).

C:\Documents\SH5\data\cfg\SaveGames

Also the ‘exact location’ of the autosave(s)

Typical path C:\Program File (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames\?????\3\
