SHO TMO Plot in RFB-No contacts in periscope view

I'm taking a break from TMO and loading up a RFB career.

I have TMOPlot and it works great, but I can't see the black dots, contacts, from periscope view, only when surfaced.

I'm just seeing sonar lines from the periscope on the map.

How do I mod it so I can see the contacts on the map from periscope view, like in TMO?

Is there a .sim or .cfg file I can mod somewhere? If I had to guess, it would be something like, tell the game you are surfaced when you are really at periscope depth.

Actually, some ships I can, some I cannot. Weird.

What's happening is that TMOPlot plots the ships you'll find in TMO only. RFB has different ships and when you encounter that ship it doesn't get plotted. If both mods had the same ship database it would work for both. All the RFB ships that don't plot need to be identified and entered into TMOPlot, ship name, "silhouette" (which is a dot!), for each missing ship. Then TMOPlot will work for RFB too.
