Default Very hard to read tool helper. Mod?

Hi all,

I find it very hard to read the tool helper on the nav map for plotting attack courses etc, especially at night, the color of the lines etc is not far off the dimmed map color.

Is there a mod that fixes this? I've search and can't find anything that resolves this. I was sure there was something for SH3 when I used to play that.

I'm running TMO with RSRD, and a few other smaller mods.

Getting annoyed as it is difficult to plot the targets course with the color it is now.

Thanks for any help.

Is this what you're looking for?

It doesn't change the color, but it does make it larger and darker, so it is easier to read.

In a similar vein, I wish you could make lines different colors, like colored pencils. Sometimes everything overlaps and it's confusing to see what is what.

Thanks for the info Razark.

I'm not sure I want the tool helper to be larger, but darker is an improvement. I'll give it a try.

My username above was banned for multiple logins. I joined here back when I was playing SH3, but forgot my password and for some reason I could not get it to send me a reset password email through the forgotten password process.

Anyway, I worked it out again so am back with my original username.

Apologies to the mods for creating the duplicate.

I tried it out, it is a little too big for my liking, but it is much, much more readable. I'll stick with it.

Thanks again.

If you're comfortable with trying, you can open the graphics in an editor and resize them or change the color.
