The present HMS President, the former Flower class Q ship Sasifrage, has been commemoratively repainted in extreme 'Dazzle camouflage' and is moored in the Thames

The HMS President classified as a "stone frigate", or shore establishment of the Royal Naval Reserve, based on the northern bank of the River Thames near Tower Bridge in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets.

Her majesty disembarked there to observe her Guinness World record setting 2012 Silver Jubille as 670 boats(over the next highest 327 in 2011 at Bremerhaven) rowed in the Thames. (photos enlarge).
