HUD and CIC Colors

I've been trying to find the .dsf or .dsm that will change the color of the relative bearing and elevation sliders in the HUD. Also I want to change the color of the text next to the calipers on the CIC. Can I get someone to point them out? Thanks,

What are you referring to with "HUD"? Is it the exterior view?

Observation deck and external view. Light green is hard to see against bright sky. Also the distance information next to the calipers on the CIC (right click and drag) is hard to read on light blue.
