The hoop on the starboard side of the tower?

If you use Anvart's mods for that, I'm pretty sure it's Shift+V (up) and Ctrl+V (down).

^ Ya that should do it, unless you're an infernal tinkerer like me and remap it to the 'A' keys!

yes that hoop, thanks, got another one for you, where would one find that mod ???? I would ask about the radar but I never get that far too many flying monkeys for me. Plus I think it is a health issue for my crew to stand around that radar thingy, with out cooking them.

Sorry to ask, but how does one activate the "secondary" draggable stopwatch? I've left-right clicked it to death and it just would not start

EDIT: Oops It works in sync wit the primary, i thought it was a second stopwatch but it is not :_)

Also, I note that whilst paging through the ESB manual under, in the latest case, US ships, there were only warships. Of course, that matched the chapter name on the book, but I was still unable to find the height/draft/speed/etc. info for commercial ships in the book. Is this something that needs a patch, or am I just looking in the wrong place?
Inquiring noobs wanna know.
So mote it be.

You're in the wrong place. The merchant ships are in the part of the book without any flag, I can't remember the name of it though.

Hi, and for my first contribution...

Quote:
In the Data/Cfg folder you will find the 'commands_en.cfg' file.

At the top are the 6 commands for time commpression. Change command 6 to :

[Cmd6]
Name=Time_compr_normal
Ctxt=1,2,6,9
Key0=0x0D,,"Enter"

Then about 3/4 down the page there are the commands for firing, tube selection, ect... change command 313 to

[Cmd313]
Name=Fire_torpedo
Ctxt=1
;Key0=0x0D,,"Enter"

Putting the ; infront of a line stops the game from using that line.
I am using stock SH3 and have been, err, tinkering, so for those of us without GWX or keymapping utils, here is how to map the torpedo to Control+Enter.

[Cmd313]
Name=Fire_torpedo
Ctxt=1
Key0=0x0D,c,"Ctl+Enter"

My latest tweak is to map the navigator reporting the depth under the keel to Control+K.

[Cmd130]
Name=Get_depth_under_sub_keel
Ctxt=1
MnID=0x3F250005
Key0=0x4B,Cc,"K"

Oh, and don't forget to make a backup copy of the file before you edit it, just in case it all goes horribly wrong!

Setkeys is good. It is what I use for SH3.

Download link:

Keymapper is pretty good to. I use it in SH4. I believe either utility will work for either game, but I've been to lazy to really test it.

Try here for Keymapper:
