Default Can't locate certain sound file

I have a specific question regarding the location of a certain sound file, which can be played back ingame via the grammophone. It's a relatively short clip from a radio broadcast (as i assume since it's not from the Wochenschau) which deals with the bombardment of the Westerplatte from the pre-dreadnought Schleswig-Holstein.

The problem is: i can't find the file in my SH3 folder structure.

I play with the NYGM Mod and some other smaller ones. The only sound mods i use are the KSH_Das_Boot_Soundmod_V3.0, KB's Diesel Sound Mod and Grossdeutscher Rundfunk. In the folder data/sound, i have the folders Gramophone, Menu, Music, Radio, Speech, Speech_En and all the other sounds from the game.
In the Gramophone folder there is only the sound file from the vanilla game, nothing else. And in the Grossdeutscher Rundfunk folder regarding 1939, i heard through all sound files but there isn't the one i search for.

If you can help me to locate this sound file i would be very happy. Is there a .txt, which controls which sound files is played back in the grammophone? Maybe i can go back from there...

As far as I know it is a matter of dumping .mp3 or .ogg (and maybe .wav) files in the SilentHunterIII\data\Sound\Gramophone folder. (I've never heard of a text file that needs to contail filenames or anything. For ingame sounds there is a binary .SDL file in the Sound folder though) I don't have NYGM but I doubt it is any different than GWX or other mods.

The music.cfg only controls the sound files from the music folder which are also all from the vanilla game. The sound file i'm searching for, is not in this folder.

Any other idea, where i can found sound files which are played back in the gramophone ingame? It's so strange that i can't locate it and that only the one file is that folder. I really don't get it at the moment...

Are you sure it is not at the end of another sound clip file? I can imagine that you only listend to the beginning of the file to find it. Unfortunately I have no idea what sort of clip you are looking for. And I haven't listened to my gramaphone collection in years. So no bell rings anyway.

Do you use the SH3 Commander? Maybe it's there!

The question is: Where are soundfiles saved which can be played back via the gramophone? Only in the gramophone folder? If that's the case, here are my files in gramophone:
- Gramophone1
And that's it. So if you can tell me which files can be played back with the gramophone, i don't have to listen to all of my soundfiles. It helps me to reduce the searching spots. I can not guarantee that i listened to a soundfile and skipped the important part, but as far as i can say, i listened to the complete soundfiles during my reasearch. And therefore i'm so confused, because i was sure to find it quite quickly.

@Anvar1061
Yeah, i play with SH3 Commander (must-have^^). Maybe it's there. I will have a look.

Okay, looks very good. I found a folder with tons of soundfiles listed in single subfolders, maybe sorted by date. I'm sure that i will find it there. Thank you very much so far, i will post a reply when i have news.

Jackpot! Soundfile located. Thank you so much. I never noticed that there are also radio and Wochenschau clips inside of the SH3 Commander sorted by date. Very good to know.

@Pisces and @Anvar1061 Thanks for the quick help.
