Considering what Tomi gives us with his skills (or is going to give us.. someday ) maybe a couple people should get him a copy of this DVD I was looking at for his work on the VII..

Some features that would pertain to his endeavor:

Quote:
View over 600 color photographs detailing every nook and cranny of U-995. Photos are narrated and compiled by sections within the U-boat leading you on a virtual tour of the inside.

Examine large, high resolution photographs. These 3072 x 2048 pixel images are taken directly from a Canon EOS Digital SLR camera. This ensures the photos are of super-high quality. They can be enlarged without losing picture quality. Perfect for viewing minute technical details.

Experience videos shot inside the U-boat providing a virtual walk around tour - section by section. Included are video of the Control Room, Sound Room, G7a torpedo, and all sections within the U-boat. Absolutely nothing has been left out in over 10 minutes of total footage!

Inspect Schematic Plans illustrating an accurately scaled top and side drawing of the U-boat. Plans are big and crisp, at 3000 pixels wide, suitable for modelers and graphic artists.

Step inside the U-boat with the Virtual Guided Tour as it guides you through every compartment in the U-boat. Imagine Oberleutnant zur See (First Lieutenant) Hans-Georg Hess proudly showing you around his boat! In English, he guides you through section by section, demystifying all the dials, hatches, hand-wheels, and equipment
.
It only costs $27.99.. what do you guys think?

Excellent work once again Tomi! Your talents are truly astounding. I'm praying sometime in the future a Fairbanks/Morse is on the drawing board. Good luck with your project!

That would be very generous of you, alot of stuff that would probably be helpful to him in there. Also being in Germany it should be easier for you to get him a copy.

Timo the author of the Vesikko Book is very helpful , he send me more photos of the Vesikko , I hope this help a bit for the GWX4 team

Small Error In The Name Of The Photos

Hello,
I'm very happy if the teem gets help from my images.

But there were mistakes in the names of last three photos from stern ratings quarters (bottle, shaft and bunk)!!!!
I wrote that they were taken starboard. That’s not true!
All three are port side!!!!

Please inform the other guys.

Sorry about this...
Yours Timo

I think I was struck by a marvelous ideea, can you make a script or a special program like in Tom Clancy's End war when you can give voice commands to your troops, and here you cand give voice commands in english or german for blow ballast, crash dive , ahead flank , stop engines. What do you think?, it will make the game realistic then ever
