Fuhrer Oberon made a speech at the Reichstag today, ending speculation over his health. He denied rumours that there had been an attempt on his life, insisting that 'things are progressing smoothly'.
As German forces consolidate their positions in Poland, holding back the slavering bear from the fatherland, the Communist lapdogs attempt a push into France. Fuhrer Oberon insists that Paris will not fall 'without a fight'.
'We face tough times ahead, the barbaric slaughter of innocent civilians in the Ruhr show that the Communist lapdogs in the west have no respect for human life and they will stop at nothing but the total destruction of Germany. We will fight, and Nazi Germany will prevail. Against impossible odds, we will survive.'
German forces in France are on the move tonight, as Panzer divisions prepare themselves for a bloody assault against the British and Americans, Soviet lapdogs to the last.

General Bernard Grundman court martialled

The American general previously in command of replacement units in Spain has today been court martialled after defieing a direct order from Montgomery to ensure that the beaches of Cartagena were properly defended.

His court martial comes after the shock invasion of that city by Italian troops earlier this month. The hearing is expected to be short with only 2 witnesses being called for the Inspector General in charge of the prosecution.

The heavier charge of treason was ruled out however under the current martial laws the penalty could range from 10 years in Leavenworth to death by firing squad.

FOOLISH U.S. ADMIRALS LEAD SHIPS INTO TRAP

Another naval battle has erupted in the South Pacific, and once again His Majesty's Navy has frustrated the plans of the colonizing Americans. Sources in the office of the Navy report that significant naval forces were left in the Lae area, despite a large concentration of allied air forces nearby. When the expected attack materialized, His Majesty's fliers rose to slow the attackers while the ships departed. The attack was more vigorous than expected and several ships were damaged, so the Admiral in command of the naval forces, Raizo Tanaka, ordered the ships to depart at full speed on course for the U.S. naval force that had moved southeast of New Guinea. His ships damaged and without air cover, brave Tanaka and his fleet absorbed the best blows of the U.S. fleet and his ships were lost. In the meantime, three carrier groups, lead by Dai Ichi Kido Butai under Admiral Nagumo, steer to intercept the attackers.
Search aircraft then discover a U.S. task force out of range of its land based air cover on course to invade New Georgia and our carrier forces pounced. Two U.S. carrier task forces moved to support the first task force, leaving themselves vulnerable to attack. Our first strike found an enemy carrier force unprepared, and limited resistance led to the sinking of two U.S. carriers, the Hornet and Intrepid. As those aircraft flew to refuel and rearm, further strikes caused light damage to the carrier Gettysburg and significant damage to the carrier Constellation. The amount of damage that the Constellation received further reinforced the decision that Commander Fuchida made during the Battle of the New Hebrides to strike two smaller carriers, maximizing the damage his strike would do. With two carriers already mortally stricken in this battle, it seemed the best opportunity to strike the large carrier.
With great damage done to the U.S. Navy, the few aircraft they had launched formed up for an attack. They found the nearest task force and attacked, getting a couple of lucky hits on the light carrier Zuiho, but the damage was enough and she was scuttled. As the number of U.S aircraft diminished, the heavy ships moved in to do their part. What they found was the heavy battleship Montana, the best battleship in the U.S. Naval arsenal. Mighty Musashi went toe to toe with the American dreadnaught with neither side gaining advantage, but with the attention of the Americans solely on Musashi, the cruisers screening her moved in for a torpedo attack. The American fleet had foolishly left without screening vessels, so the attack was unopposed and apparently unnoticed. Several torpedoes struck the Montana and she slowed and listed. The sudden fate of their flagship and greatest battleship was too much for the rest of their fleet and they withdrew. Musashi incurred some light damage, but will soon be repaired. In the meantime, the heroes of that ship, and all others taking part in the large battle, will return to massive celebrations.
It is the hope of the nation that the Americans will soon learn the waste of their efforts and come to accept His Majesty's command of the Pacific region.

Soviet government demands German surrender at once!

As Red Army armored divisions smash through the German defensive line in Poland and encircle Warsaw, the Soviet government calls for the surrender of the Germany. In a speech given today in Moscow, General Secretary Iosif Stalin proclaimed that failure of the German government to stand down their armed forces immediately and concede to Allied demands immediately will result in the complete annihilation of the Fascist Reich.

Allied forces have considerably tightened the grip on Germany in the last months, with the Red Army now standing on the old Polish-German border and the Western Allies now threatening to take Paris and the rest of occupied France.

FUHRER PRAISES VENGENCE WEAPON

Denies losses in campaign against the Communists

Fuhrer Oberon made a personal tour of the Vengence rocket launch facilities at a classified location today, praising the science behind the latest weapon to be used against the Americans and British.
"Today marks a new day for the world, a day when Germany reaches out and brings the war to the homes of those who have long since bombed the people of Germany. Today is our vengence, today they are shown the true light of national socialism. This is the final chance for the British and American lapdogs to turn away from their Communist masters and join us in the fight against the Soviet Union. Britain and America have never been our natural enemy, but they must realise the danger the Soviet Union presents to them if Germany should fall...and if we should fall, let it be known to the world that we fell trying to save Europe from falling under the heel of Stalin and his Communist henchmen!"
His speech comes after propagandist reports from the British Broadcasting Corporation that Western forces had breached the 'Oberon line' in the south of France and are bound for Paris, as Soviet forces encircle Warsaw. Asked by Das Reich about the autheticity of these reports, Fuhrer Oberon displayed a slight facial tic and replied:
"Nein, there is nothing to worry about, they are walking into the traps so carefully laid out for them."
Meanwhile in the far-east, the Japanese allies of Germany continue to rule the waves after the Americans lost yet another naval battle to them at Lae. It seems that nothing will break the Japanese war machine, not even the so-called might of the United States Navy.

REICH LEADS THE WAY

Communists and their lapdogs 'stunned' by new technology

Following the successful deployment of the worlds first intercontinental missile system, and the worlds first jet fighter aircraft, the Reich has today unveiled a new technological first, the Type XXI 'Elektroboot'!
Said to be capable of over seventeen knots submerged and able to dive even deeper than the previous Kriegsmarine u-boots, the Type XXI is a marvel of modern engineering and a testamount to the capabilities of the Third Reich!
Despite setbacks in the Balkans, where the Soviets swarmed through like the insects they are, the Communists war against the Reich continues to exact its bloody price on them. Meanwhile, in the far-east, the American Communist lap-dogs surrendered to the Japanese Empire, a telegram from the Fuhrer was sent to Emperor LobsterBoy, congratulating him on a successful campaign.
The American people have shown their distaste for war, perhaps now they will realise that war will be all they will get if they do not help the Third Reich stop the Communist advance into Europe.

Paris is liberated as Germans surrender
After five years under German occupation, Paris is now free.

Last night, the American 2nd Armoured Division under General Bob Downe was the first Allied force to enter the city, greeted by loud cheers from Parisians after many days of fighting between the Resistance and the German occupiers.


The new Free French wireless station reported the German commander of the Paris region, General Dietrich von Choltitz, signed a surrender at Montparnasse station in front of General Downe and Colonel Rol, commander of the Forces Francaises de l'Interieur (FFI ) in the Paris region.


Colonel Rol praised the Resistance forces that fought the occupying Germans and opened the way for the Allies to enter the capital.


At 1900 local time, General Charles de Gaulle - leader of the Free French who has been living in exile in London since the Fall of France in 1940 - entered the city.
In a broadcast to the nation from the Hotel de Ville he said: "I wish simply from the bottom of my heart to say to you: Vive Paris!"


"We are here in Paris - Paris which stood erect and rose in order to free herself. Paris oppressed, downtrodden and martyred but still Paris - free now, freed by the hands of Frenchmen, the capital of Fighting France, France the great eternal."


He said the French could now stand up as a great world power and would not rest until the enemy had been defeated on its own territory.


This evening French, American and Senegalese troops marched triumphantly down the Champs Elysee to ecstatic cheers of Parisians, young and old.

Earlier today, Canadian and British forces joined up with American troops on the left bank of the River Seine south of Rouen.


In the south of France, Americans have crossed the Rhone River and are pressing on Lyon and Marsellies.

HIS MAJESTY ORDERS A WEEK OF CELEBRATION

His Majesty has formally announced the withdrawal of U.S. forces from the Pacific theater. A cease fire is in effect between Japan and the allied nations. A week of celebrations have been ordered to honor His Majesty's brave soldiers, sailors, and airmen. What is not widely known is that an envoy has been sent to Washington with a proposal for a lasting peace. The proposal includes the following:

1. His Majesty seeks to withdraw from India, provided that nation be given her unconditional independence from colonial rule.
2. His Majesty indicates the willingness to withdraw from China, provided Japan's annexation of Korea and Manchukuo are recognized.
3. His Majesty is willing to return Guam to the U.S. with the condition that it be de-militarized.
4. His Majesty demands that the allied nations recognize Japan's annexation of the former Dutch colonies.
5. His Majesty demands that the allied nations recognize Japan's annexation of Singapore.
6. His Majesty proposes withdrawing from Noumea and returning it to France provided France give her Pacific colonies their unconditional independence.
7. His Majesty will withdraw from Burma provided that nation be given her unconditional independence.
8. His Majesty demands that the allied nations recognize Japan's annexation of Hong Kong.
9. His Majesty demands that the allied nations recognize Japan's annexation of the Philippines.
10. His Majesty demands that the allied nations recognize Japan's annexation of Brunei.
11. His Majesty indicates the willingness to withdraw from Midway and return it to the U.S. as a good will gesture.
12. His Majesty will give Malaya its unconditional independence.
13. His Majesty demands that the allied nations recognize Japan's annexation of Wake island.

We hope that the allied nations find these proposals acceptable so that further blood need not be shed. Some negotiation on these points is to be expected, so the people of Japan hold their breath as their fate is in the hands of His Majesty's most capable diplomats.

German Surface Fleet Decimated!

In a decisive action this week the Allied navies have completely disabled the German surface fleet as an effective fighting force.

The battlecruisers Tirpitz, Gneisenau and aircraft carrier Graf Zeppelin were all sunk by the end of the engagment which raged in the Atlantic waters south of Iceland. No allied ships were seriously damaged in the battle.

A furious air and sea battle raged across miles of empty ocean as the valiant allied navies attempted to stop the german ships from raiding convoys bringing much needed supplies and material to Britain.

"The Hun is definately on the run." Admiral TarJak was quoted as saying after news of the battle was delivered in the early hours of this morning.

After major naval victories in the Mediterranean and now the Atlantic, the Axis forces have little left in the way of sea power and it is only a matter of time before their air and land forces are overwhelmed by the superior might of the Allies.

Communists will 'dominate the west'

Fuhrer Adolf Oberon saluted the bravery of the Oberon Jugend today as they prepared to fight to the end to defend Berlin from the godless Communists who have breached the German border.
At sea, the Communist puppets sunk the great battleships Tirpitz and Gneisenau as well as the aircraft carrier Graf Zeppelin after a vicious battle for survival. The Fuhrer spoke of the bravery of the Kriegsmarine, Wehrmacht and Luftwaffe over the six years of fighting that the Third Reich has sustained.

"For six years, six years we have laboured to show the word the true way forward. For five years we have battled against the Communists which threaten to destroy the world order. Soon that fighting will be over. Soon my friends there will be a new Germany, a Germany thrown back into the dark ages. Friends, there are many who will call us war criminals, there are many who will say that we were aggressive, ruthless...but I tell you now, what we did, we did for the world. One unified world under the rule of the Third Reich would have ushered in a new golden age, we would have reached out to the stars and beyond. Already we have witnessed what progress our nation has made, and that has been from under the heel of the Communists and their puppets. Rockets, submarines, jet fighters, all of which would have been deemed unconceivable ten or twenty years ago. Just imagine where we could have been in ten or twenty years time.
Alas no, it was not to be, perhaps we struck too soon, perhaps at a time when the world was just not ready for national socialism, however we must not blame ourselves, not at a time when the world has turned against us. To the Communists, I say, your time will come, there will be a time in the future when your people will realise that Communism cannot and will not work, and then they will over-throw you just as you over-threw the Czars of old...and to the Allies I say this, you consider us evil, but I say to you that you have seen nothing yet, when the Soviets dominate Europe, you will be facing a new war because do you seriously think they will stop with Germany? The Bear knows no language but aggression, no actions but violence. You could have worked with us, but instead you hastened your own demise by hastening ours...and finally, to the people of my beloved Germany, I thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your sacrifices. We are not finished yet, and any Communist trying to get into Berlin will pay a heavy toll in bloodshed, but we must face the very real possibility of defeat in the long term. Let us not, however, merely fade into the dark, let us show the so-called 'Allies' just how Germans can fight when our backs are against the wall!

It is expected that the Fuhrer will stay in Berlin to help the defence of the city, despite rumours that he has plans to flee to Argentina or in disguise to Britain.

With Berlin in Soviet hands and Cologne and Essen in the hands of the Allies, Fuhrer Oberons six year rule came to a bloody end in the streets of Germany.
Berlin lay in ruins, a destroyed city, with its citizens forced to queue for hours for water from a destroyed water mains. Political machinations between the Soviets and Allies would result in another forty years of a divided Germany.

As for Fuhrer Oberon, his body was never found, leading to a conspiracy that he may have fled Germany to either Argentina or in disguise to the United Kingdom.

Victory

After 6 years of bloody war, the Fascist Reich has finally been eradicated, returning peace to the continent.

This morning, Germany's government, led by former Admiral Karl Dönitz, declared unconditional surrender to the Allied forces following the taking of Berlin by our glorious troops.

The future of Germany and it's former allies is currently being debated by Allied leaders at the Leipzig Conference, as well as the means of providing shelter and provisions to the many remaining homeless civilians.

Fascist leader Adolf Oberon has not yet been found, and he is believed to have been killed at some point during the Battle of Berlin.
