Allied ultimatum to Japan in Leipzig Conference

Withdraw or face prompt and utter destruction

As the future of Europe is being debated, the Allies issue an ultimatum to Imperial Japan, demanding that they surrender or face prompt and utter destruction.

The Allied demands are as follows:

Japan will withdraw from China, Manchuria, Burma, India, the Dutch East Indies, French Indochina, the Philippines, the Solomons, the Bismarcks and the Central Pacific Islands
Japanese troops in Hollandia will surrender to the 11th East Africa Infantry Division
Japanese troops in Noumea will surrender to the 81st West Africa Infantry Division
The Imperial Japanese Navy will be disarmed and interned
The Japanese Government will sign an unconditional surrender with the Allied powers

The Allies declare that failure to comply with these demands immediately will result in the complete annihilation of the Japanese Empire.

In addition, the Soviet Union has renounced the Soviet-Japanese Neutrality Pact in response to Japan's aggressive imperialism.

German Secret Weapons Examined by Allied Scientists

Rumours of a top secret future weapons programme have been circulating in Washington recently. Almost all of the research undertaken by German scientists in recent years on jet fighters, rockets, new fuels and other undisclosed weapons, was captured by the Western allies during their advance on Germany and the subsequent occupation.

A number of high profile German scientists have been invited to meet with their US and British counterparts to share the fruits of their research. Since these visits started there have been rumours of a number of new weapons being developed for the Allied arsenal some which may benefit from the German programmes.

This correspondent was able to confirm from Defense department sources that testing of a new type of bomb with power that surpasses any current technology, has been successfully carried out in the deserts of CENSORED. It was denied that German research was used in the development of this new weapon, although our source mentioned that rockets could one day be used to deliver the bombs without the need for an aircraft to fly over the target putting crews at risk.

With the news of the German surrender, His Majesty now informs his brave subjects that now is the time to fight!!!! The nations which banded together to defeat our noble ally will soon come to enslave our nation in a regime of humiliating colonization. Death would be preferable. Peace overtures sent on His Majesty's behalf were ignored. The bloodthirsty dogs that fight us claim they want peace, but we now know they only want a piece--of our Nation. We must be resourceful, brave, and completely devoted to our Emperor and our Nation as we will be facing the might of the remaining great powers of the world.

And possibly France.

Army Generals and Admirals of the Combined Fleet have been meeting continuously to come up with a strategy to defeat the armed forces of the rest of the world. All citizens, soldiers, sailors, and airmen must do their duty to defeat the oncoming assault.

Remember, everything is a weapon when used the right way. Leave nothing for the enemy (which is everybody that is not Japanese). For those who cannot yet strike at the combined enemies, pray for the divine wind to aid in our destruction of the enemy.

In fact, pray for several.

Finally, His Majesty passes along an order that no one be killed in conflict with our enemies until he kills 25 of their number. Make sure you keep count!!! Do everything you can to protect Great Japan, or die trying, because if the Allies win you won't want to live here anyway!!!!!
