Curved or Flat ???
Hi chaps
I'm looking to upgrade my monitor to a new Samsung 27" possibly a 30+ ! The question is do you think I should go traditional flat screen or a new curved monitor. I will be using TIR so will the curve present problems. Any advice, thoughts most welcome Best regards. Fubar2Niner |

Try one if you can first, it was bad enough trying to look round a 24" screen at work!
I do like curved, and doubt TIR would be affected.

Thanks for your input HB, exactly what d'you mean by 'look round'? Were you on a small screen? Already have a 24" here and I love it, but, it's 16:10 ratio. All the new screens are 16:9 which is good for the ws mods.

When working on documents I just seemed to be moving my head rather than my eyes. Gaming might have been different though.
Personally I'd love the 27" curved. I did ask the boss at work (new work, not the place with the 24") for a triple-screen set-up with those. I think he said no chance.
