Looks like Moyes is desperate for work, he's been appointed as Fat Sams replacement.

TOON started their 2016/17 Championship campaign away to Fulham and despite being the bookmakers favourites to win the league at odds of 4/7 they went down 1-0.
Not the best of starts.

TOON win 1-0 away to Bristol City moving them up to 7th in the table and starting to look like a more effective footballing unit.

Except from the first two games where it didn't go so well, it does look better after they have won the last two.
But as I always say to my friends I wait until they have played 15-20 matches then I know how good they are or not. Markus |

TOON are at home to Brighton and screened live on Sky Sports.
Both first and second choice strikers are injured so hopefully Perez can do the business for us.

As a fan of Newcastle it's sad they had to take the step down from Premier League
Reason is this-One of my commercial TV-channel are broadcasting Football from England-1-3 matches each week AND only from Premier League No matches from Championship or lower Markus |

Not sure I want to know what Rafalotion is, but I surely don't want any.
But the Rafalution I can get behind. I expect they'll bounce back up. When Benitez didn't jump ship after going down I reckoned their odds were good, especially if they manage to hold on to Sissoko. Not sure who they might lose before the window closes? Jimbuna, whatever became of Adam Campbell? I mean I know he's signed for Notts County, but why did he never cut it at Newcastle? It's not like they are a revolving door of amazing strikers. Cisse and Demba Ba had a couple of decent seasons, but I fully expected Campbell would break in to the first team, but never did. Too lightweight? Not clinical enough? Pardew couldn't see him through his own gleaming reflection? What in your opinion was the reason he didn't break through?

Simple answer is Pardew didn't like him but having said that, there were a few more he didn't like during his tenure and Adam Armstrong is one of the few to survive.
As for the traitor Sissoko, he appears content to sit it out and make negative comments for the press to publish but little does he appear to want to understand that top clubs prefer to buy those players who are consistent on the field rather than on what they say off it. He may yet be off to Everton rather than AC Milan: http://www.footballinsider247.com/ev...-deal-report/?

Everton could use him. I used to think of him as a CM, but I really can't say what his best position is. Not a winger, and not an ideal attacking midfielder. I think I'd play him as a CM and given him license to roam box to box. Newcastle have played him all over the pitch it seems. He'd make a fine partner for Barkley I imagine. I get the feeling you won't be sorry to see him leave?
Trouble is, when you sell this late, you don't have time to find a replacement. So you think Campbell would have broken in to the first team if it weren't for Pardew?
