Default Question regarding Soviet/Russian 650mm tubes

I've been looking around recently, and there's actually little concrete info out there on these beasts.
I'm looking for some info beyond what NAVWEAPS has to offer:
1. Is the 65-73 really unguided, is it just a pure wake-homer, or does it have a passive or active/passive homing head in addition? How about the 65-76?
2. Does either of these torpedoes have a wire-guidance option?
3. Other than the 65-73,65-76, SS-N-16, and (with adapter sleeve) 533mm weapons, were there any other weapons developed for these tubes?
4. Are the wiki numbers for carried rounds (8 in Victor III, 12 in Akula) accurate?
5. What rounds do they carry today? are the large tubes being phased out? I understand the Yasens may not have larger tubes, but what about the other projects?
Thanks!
