Default Wire frames around ships

Hello,

I have a basic game creation question.

When I create a fleet for the same side, I start off with the FFG and the Nimitz.
I obviously use the FFG as the users platform to test the environment in the game that I am creating.
I keep seeing the Nimitz, a mere100 metres away from my FFG, with a blue wire frame box around it with “High or Low” above it and occasionally the Nimtiz starts to split in two.

Now my FFG is on full auto and I have even gone into the Geo to confirm what the ship is and still this wire square is around it, with high or low above it and still it splits into two.

It is sooooooo annoying. How do I avoid this please?
