It is, be sure of that. This file includes the StarForce drivers which are extracted and installed when SH3 is launched the first time after installation.

Oh really? That irritates me now.
I have got a Starforce-free DVD (so no need to run the SFSF) and in the installation-path there is...drumrolls... the file sh3.dll. And now?

Maybe the vendor of your edition forgot to remove it in nescience.
Do a right click on sh3.dll, choose 'Properties', Tab 'Details' and read the infos. You can securely delete this file without any collateral damages; it's not needed anymore. |
