SH4 UBM download CTD...
I just downloaded the UBM add-on to my SH4 v1.4. Everything loaded without issue, however, when I try to start the game, I get an error message that says: "Cannot locate file data/menu/gui/layout/crewsystemsmanagement.tga" Can anyone tell me how to fix this, or where I can find this file?

Just a thought, instead of adding the UBM to your v1.4 of SH4, try installing the UBM over a fresh copy of SH4 v1.0. V1.5 contains all previous patches.
