I would very very much like to try this mod, my cousin Oberleutenant zur See Peter Gerlach died commanding the U 223 a VIIC boat, on March 30 1944 after torpedoing a RN DD, i would very much like to experience the battles he and his comrades faced. I really liked the crew pics......thanks if you get the wish to work on this more.
It is true that none of the U boot that went to the Med survived, (some were scuttled) but U boot command did not want to send them, it was higher up that ordered it and then forgot them...they fought bravely against great odds... and i saw comment about clearness of water, that was a danger there, as the boats were indeed seen easily if water was too shallow, as the Med is quite clear. So that is accurate. the camafloge skins mentioned indeed were accurate for that, i saw Fubar's as i was looking for paint schemes for that campaign and his are very nice and right to what pictures i have seen in family collections. so i do hope possibly this campaign can happen if you wish. Ob.z.s. P Gerlach

Being a modder for a number of years, I have learned that while some gamers are appreciative of the modder efforts, most gamers are not. Therefore if modders would only refer/rely on someones/gamers interest, very few mods would be accomplished then. The most efficient stimulus for a modder is a wish of having his own setup of a certain game the way he likes.
Anyhow, the Med theater is indeed one of most interesting and tense theaters. Convoy escort, CR.42 Fighter from carrier, Fulmar |

Thank you for that post, and I am understanding that there is much much work in making mods and one hopes that interest may help make that work a little lighter, i did not mean to push over hard. Just wanted to express my interest and support. hope that may help. Danke. and those are very nice planes, I am liking the free roam cam mod you have as well i think very much.
