No specific date but it is getting closer. Lot of Real life slowing things down. A lot of things we had to learn along the way which took longer than expected.

A Sen Toku... Jesus !!
Cdr Peabody & Keltos, hi!
A Japanese submarine campaign... A dream comes to life!! Been waiting for something like this for MANY years... First time in the submarine simulation world, Japanese submarines... a chance to command one of the finest and most diverse submarines of WWII, in the best WW2 simulation... For my opinion, this is a historic project, never attempted before. You guys are making history!!! Cpt Keltos.... MERCY man!!! Either you give us a Sen Toku for... ehmmm... evaluation before the campaign, or have mercy with those screenshots... they're too damn beautiful... Take your time mates, don't hurry, a lot of people are depending on you !! Cheers !!!! Billy. |

A japanese campagin?
The idea of a japanese campagin is the best to come since they came up with the electric torpedo thinghie.
Considering the shooting galery that is the American Campaign and the harder and harder shooting galery that is the German one, this might be the most nerve raking one yet. Sneaking past a whole fleet to deliver supplies to a besieged commander sounds very very "silent" . And taking out a heavily guarded battleship during a full blown Kamikaze attack... I'm drooling. |

I know you just said there is no actual release date, but is there a ballpark figure? Maybe like a few weeks, maybe a couple months?

dates and subs
Quote:
This version should come with the campaign, or the next (4.0) which will include both Jyunsen C2 and Sen Toku as additional units. I have already tested parts of the campaign and can't wait to play it either, but I want a full blown good campaign, so I wait... As for the 2 new subs, I need to fix the doors on the Jyunsen C2 and make them for the Sen Toku, I hope to finish the C2 tonight. Keltos |

Those boats wouldn't be half as nice to play with without a dedicated campaign

Totally understand. It would be an almost unplayable mod if you didn't have any ships to shoot! I'm glad you guys are keeping back the release until the campaign is better.

That is a HUGE submarine! It is hard to believe they had subs that big. I pity the corvette/trawler/anything-smaller-than-a-battleship that tries to sink it.

dead men over board
is there a way to honorably discharge your dead crewmen on the sea,
all my experience points to keeping them until back to port also. does the medic work automatically or must it be activaded???
