Silent Hunter 3 Commander Help

I'm not sure if this is the right section for this but:

When I start a carrer through SH3 Commander, I launch it all, select the flotella and such, and it works and goes to the date I set. But when I launch SH3 Commander after playing there was no saves or anything. I looked in the guide and I noticed there should be Uboat Commander profile which I guess you can use to continue your carrer with the SH3 Commander.
I've also wondered, Do I launch it once to make a new carrer or everytime?
I only use GWX3 mod and a handful of sound mods.

Did you make sure to also download the GWX3 CFG files for SH3 Commander? That might be the problem.

Nevermind, I got it working and all. I hadn't been saving correctly. Thanks for the help though.
