I saw two I-400 class boats ..one yours and one that Peabody posted about a while ago... is there one fully finished and functional now? And does it launch planes?

All is looking great, you have made amazing progress on the fleet of IJN boats remarkable indeed.

can this sub work together with surface ships? i mean that if i want to use it with yamato it will crash or have no guns??

do not use with other mods exept maybe for environmental mods...

i have tried on more than one occasion to uninstall and reinstall sh4 to try and get the mod for the japanese sub to work but it never does can someone or if anyone is using the sub please tell me how to properly use the mod and install it

It's simple install:
1º - SH IV
2º - SH IV U-BOOT MISION
3º - JSGME
4º - Unzip the mod in the MOD folder
5º - Activate with JSGAME

this is a japan sub mod, japan is axis, axis is German, german means U-boat mission, so you need U-boat mission

If the mod works, you can play with the japanese sub, in the German Campaign, not US

i did try to play with the german side however i can only pick the german u boats not the japanese so maybe the mod does not work although others use it i downloaded it from this forum i will keep trying
