You will soon see it with many more SH5 effects added.

It will be a complete conversion that meets SH5 standards
when it is completed.

The Type XIV from 'GWX' is intended to be the High Water Mark.
I've seen enuff 'it can be done' threads!

This Community wants Quality Units?
You will get them!
You will Love them!
You will go to bed at nite and huge and squeeze them!
(Uh, well not really!)

But you will have what was promised by the Devs.
A highly Moddable Game!
They did deliver that!
I'm going to show you the proof.

And I am going to deliver the converted files to do even more Units!
With complete instructions on how to do it!
(I'm practicing for an Infomercial here it seems?)

Privateer is right, anyone can learn if they are willing.
Hell, up until last week, I couldnt import for ****.
but with a good bit of help from privateer, and Skawaja's awesome S3d tool....

Its starting to happen -
Although these are SH4 shots, they can then be ported to SHV, long way to go though as these are ealry results with much to be adjusted.
and i still have many more Aircraft models after that.

I like this spirit! Wish you the best of luck!

I can't let those pilots go unnoticed though: it must we quite windy out there. But perfect for us, the flak gunners, aiming for them would perhaps lead the bullets smack on target!

Windy is the least of your problems when you have no legs!

The crews will be replaced with improved models.
the pilots are in external files from the air units themselves which is why they have not been edited yet.

I need figure out the props also, they are centred, even though i positioned the nodes in the right place - i think animation controller must be repositioned also in order for them to appear correctly.
And the glass is messed up too...
Fun Fun Fun.

Great work !

That underwater blur is caused by the Depth of Field effect. If that sub was actually a .gr2 file from the SH5 pipeline, it would look OK. Haven't you found a way yet to convert .dat to .gr2 ?

Just when my opinion of SH5 was at its lowest, this thread comes along and gives me hope!

Yes , i would help too if i had the same skills but i´m light years away from Privateer and others that makes history in SH series

SHV is in a very poor state but the game is highly moddable, we only need time to know scripting language , import units...and other areas

Everybody is able to modden!

It starts with interest!
Or with the annoyance about a faulty Game!
Or to adapt the interface to his wishes and needs with the wish!
With small steps, as well as we run everything, read, write, learnt to count!

SH5 concerning, it is not perfect, the predecessors were not also!
But which perspective on future do we have?

Here certainly I miss many ...... many confessed, good Modder!
Even if I would be alone, I would not rest, until the Game corresponds to my images!
Nevertheless, together it is easier!

And here what I sees and reads makes me glad!
The learning if I do it!
Learning from privateer and the GWX team!
I owe you!

Shuting off the DepthBlurEffect clears the image up if one wants a better
view of it.

I'm getting all the effects of standard Subs in place before I worry much
about that.
All the effects controlled by the FX.GR2 and.fx file are being converted
now.

Only way to do a .GR2 file is with the granny exporter.
I don't wish to be sued right now.
