Try this:
Open the "IJNJyunsen B MOD 3.99993" folder. Check for a folder called Data.

If you open the "IJNJyunsen B MOD 3.99993" and you find another "IJNJyunsen B MOD 3.99993" folder then you need to take the mod out of the first folder. Some Unzip programs create the second folder.
On a MOD the first folder is the MOD name, inside that folder should be "data" (there may be some other 'Readme" files or other stuff also, but there must be a "Data" folder.)

Did you unzip the file that you downloaded?

"IJNJyunsen B MOD 3.99993" is a folder not a file so I don't know what you are trying to open.

Tell us exactly what you are doing and we can help. You just keep saying it does not work, but you do not tell us what you did.

So start with downloading the file, then what did you do?

That is why I asked if he unzipped it. I think you may be right and he has the zipped file in the MODs folder and that is why it will not work.

What happens is that you have not unpacked the mod. Use Winrar from here.
And after you unzip it must remain so, look at the route.

Ok, are you using other mods with it? That could be a problem, so try it by itself.
I think you know this but the Japanese subs will be in the German Career.

1. What windows version are you using?
2. What version of the Jap subs are you using?
