I see that the breaking news have allready surfaced here at subsim. 2 links for Danish articles:
https://www.bt.dk/krimi/politiet-har...s-hoved-og-ben http://ekstrabladet.dk/112/peter-mad...fundet/6859636 The head and 2 legs of KW have been found in bags being held down by metal pieces. There is no sign of fracture on the skull of the head, and this info damages the explaination of PM greatly. He claimed that a 70kg heavy hatch fell on her head. The lawyer of PM has been notified of the new findings, but only comments that any evidence must be proved in court. I predict her work from now will be difficult, if not near mission impossible. The police says that they will be questioning him soon again. The head was identified using the teeth. The police had a route of Nautilus from that night which they have searched along, and about 1000 meters south of the point, where some special dogs had marked as searchable, they found the head and legs. The arms haven't been found yet. Next court meeting is set for october 31st. I wonder what explaination PM will come up with now....

Theoretically, still someone else can have done that. A fracture of the head is not necessary if she was diverted and just got a blow, and fell down the ladder breaking her neck.
But it is very unlikely.

At this point, with the evidence already collected, I don't think he has any type of defense against these charges.
The sheer lunacy and sloppiness of this crime, leads me to believe it was a spur of the moment crime.

Yeah. If I was the judge hearing this case, I would propably have big troubles in believing into such storyline instead of prosecution's version. Ofcourse we won't know all details before trial but I don't think there is much what could save PM from murder conviction.

Hi Tom, thank you kindly for your sentiment. I was only associated with Peter through some of our Danish Subsim members, notably McBeck. While I admired Peter's ingenuity and chutzpah, and appreciated his gesture of adding the SUBSIM logo to the Nautilus where other sponsors greatly contributed, I was not in contact with Peter other than the meet. As you said, the real pain is in the hearts of Kim Wall's family and friends.

http://ekstrabladet.dk/112/tidligere...igtige/6859654 2 more articles. I forgot to mention in my previous post that they also found a bag with her clothes and a knife. The clothes are of course also important to investigate for any clues of what happend. The knife is perhaps also the knife having been used to make the stab wounds, and maybe also to dismember her body parts. A previous investigator believes that they can maybe also find fingerprints on the bags even after so much time in the water. If they find similar bags in the sub or in his lab, they can connect PM to the bags with the body parts. I seriously hope that they will find the arms too. If they find them and they have cuts, it could indicate a fight.

When I earlier today heard Investigation Director Deputy Police Inspector Jens Møller telling about yesterdays findings and other important things about these findings
I said to myself WHAT did happened these terrible hours ? Some say that he tried to get her interested, but she refused and thereafter it went downhill. What if, with the knowledge about the findings of the snuff-video on his computer, he had planned this from the day they agreed on the meeting. Markus |
