Strange SSM problem

Iâ€™m making a mission where an OHP must escort a Tico Cruiser along with a few DDs. Well at one point a TF of PLAN DDs and FFs attack them on their flank now all the SSMs fired by the PLAN ships donâ€™t seem to have the range to threaten the Cruiser group and just plunge in to the sea just inside SM-2 range. The same thing seemed to happen to all the Harpoons from the Cruiser group, I get a Link on one of the PLAN warships from I guess the Cruiser (Since it has the best Radar) and a bunch of Harpoons get fired on it but the Link contact is about 30 miles away from the correct position. The same thing happened with a flight of Q-5s, they looked to be almost flying over the group according to the Link but they were many miles away (The Q-5s fired from beyond weapons range too.)

Whatâ€™s going on and how do I fix this?
