Default Some gameplay problems

I've the following mods installed:

Is possible that the wind speed is always 15 m/s? is a bug?

I have done many tests (like 40 attempts with different parameters) and I can not hit on a merchant with a torpedo in such conditions...

any clue?

Hi lecrop, try reading the first two messages in the following thread and see if that relates to your case (I have a reasonable suspect it does):

Torpedo failures - weather related

hello Lecrop,
The ''AI_Sensors for Stiebler's 4B_V16B1_Revised patch and MEP v5' is NOT a jsgme ready mod. this folder is containing three versions of AISensors as these are used in Stiebler's 4B_V16B1_Revised patch. for instructions how to use these files must read the notes at Stiebler's patch (as these files are for use in compination with his patch).

about your question: i will agree with Banryu79

Thank you both. AI_Sensors solved, but I continue not to hit the target, even with different depth settings (tried between 4 and 8 meters every 0.5 meters).

And then there is the problem of 15 m/s wind speed forever.

i have the sense that you haven't install correctly H.sie's patch.
H.sie's patch contains a bad weather fix which works pretty good so you shouldn't have this weather issue stuck at 15 m/s

once you make sure that you have install correctly the patch , reopen your .exe options through the H.sie selector option tool , disable the ''Torpedo Failure Fix'' and see if you have any difference in game.
if you have better results , then reenable the ''Torpedo Failure Fix'' in your .exe (through H.sie selector option tool) and then open the H.sie configuration settings file (it is called ''hsie'' located into your ''SilentHunterIII'' folder). you will find ,in this specific file, a bunch of values that you can adjust for the Torpedo Failure Fix and make it fit to your tastes.

but ,as i said, first of all ,make sure that you have install correct the patch.

good luck
