Default DWEDIT: Helo Pads?

I've been trying to get helo pads working for new models, but haven't had any success. They will take off and land as they should, but after landing, they drive themselves into the hangar, and instead of disappearing and reloading, they immediately take off through the roof of the hangar.

I've figured out what most of the fields at the airstrip dialog are for, they more or less set waypoints for the helo to follow from the air above the pad, to the pad, to the hangar. Those values don't seem to be the problem. There's also two sets of fields for "new data;" I have no idea what those points represent. They usually form a line from the pad moving down and right through the ship.

We know it works for the stock ships, so I have to be missing something. Any idea what it could be?

Sorry Molon, never attempted to mod helo landings yet, so I don't have a clue.
