[REL] Los Angeles for RFB+RSRDC
Like the title suggests. The readme file will look very similar to the 4.2 readme basically because it's about the same. Forgot to include this in the readme, with this mod activated the Narwhal submarine will not have it's conning tower. Here's the link.
