Excellent!
After this I watched Rick Steves' episode on Vienna to see how it has changed and for things like that monument. Didn't recognize a lot in the episode but it was fascinating as always.

And here it is - it's The Monument to Admiral Wilhelm von Tegetthoff.

Buried in the YouTube channel that Beautiful Vienna 1906 is in are four videos of Dutch submarines and maybe Hansa-Brandenburg W-19 seaplanes.
