WAC 4.1 Sound Issue

Has anyone had an annoying buzz and shouting voice during game? It seems to interrupt normal sounds whenever lookout reports a sighting?

rapid response: yes no very often.
write in the other thead as says blitz, i posted about dial 12' bug there.
