Used Copy of Silent Hunter 2...
I just bought a used copy of Silent Hunter 2, installed it on my computer the other day and patched it up to Version 1.1 with the patch here.
I'm now running it native on WinXP Pro SP3 with no problems. I must admit that after trying a lot of the features, it's actually not a bad addition to the SH family. I don't plan on modding it out. If I had a choice between running CAOD in native mode I would, but Silent Hunter 2 seems to be just as a excellent a package. There's a couple of things I need to figure out without a manual but the transition from SH1 to SH2 and back has actually been really smooth! Thanks Guys! You may want to consider mods. Although set as the USN in the PTO, Pacific Aces, the original super-mod, is everything that SH2 should have been.
