Fanfare Mod
A stray neutrino by chance interacted with an electron in my Fanfare Mod, causing the download from the Subsim download section to fail. SailorSteve, being ever alert to such a catastrophe, immediately alerted me to the tragedy; so I have repaired the damage by uploading a replacement.
The mod consists of 47 authentic prewar German military marches which are played at random at the start of a patrol, provided the port has a military band available. There is one American march included, because I liked it. Now everything is copacetic. The mod is to be placed in the random folder of SH3 Commander, and will be activated when CMDR is used to start a new patrol. You will find it in the download section of Subsim, under Silent Hunter III, Sound FX Mods.

correction
I have uploaded a corrected version of this mod to the SH3 FX sound section of the downloads. The corrected version contains a revised readme to credit Pablo with his work:
Several of the fanfares were taken from Pablo's GWX "Strike up the Band" and the idea for this mod flows from this successful mod. One in particular, Random selection #38 ("Preußens Gloria", is one that Pablo modified to repeat the opening stanzas following the trio portion of the march.
