resupply at sea

I am running TWOs. I have radioed for and received the coordinates for the supply ship. I have pulled up alongside them as best I can but there seems to be no transfer of fuel happening. I am on the mission to the east coast of the US and will need fuel. Any ideas what is supposed to occur to make the transfer happen?

I have had a couple of instances where the re-supply seemed to be bugged, but those are few. Most of the time you just need to get really close to the Milch Cow/ Tanker. If you do, and nothing happens, just radio for another re-supply, and go to those co-ordinates. That seemed to work for me when the game was bugged. Hope this helps, -Wayne
