Grey Wolves Gold with warship mod?

Almost every video i see of the warship mod 3.0 on youtube its being used with GWX aswell yet everytime i try to install WMO3.0 (i already have GWX working fine) the game crashes while starting a patrol. I have tried two seperate downloads of WMO3.0 aswell and neither worked. Anyone who has done this please show me how!!!

There is a thread where you can find explanations.
If i remember you have to activate wsm3.0 with jsgme.
Then close jsgme and reopen. Now you will see three new mod "ge1, 2 and 3". Select just one of them, activate and play.
