What that does is gives you the option of having your officers wear the white cap, I know it was only the captain, but if you wanted to take screen shots with a white cap on board the conning tower then the option is there for you.

Hi Venatore thanks for the prompt reply but unfortunately the file on captains is apparantly empty (0)bytes) I tried it twice.
