Default ARGH!!!!!

Today, instead of getting things done on my days off (playing SH3 etc), I find myself re-installing EVERYTHING on my comp. This is due to Windows having what could be best described as a hissy fit, and gave up on me.
Until now it has been working perfectly - no problems, just my luck

Note to self - learn how to use Linux

PCs (ie Windows) always crash on your day of, especially if you were planning to do something fun.

They can smell your anticipation.

Get a copy of Norton Ghost or similar package, IMHO this is a 100% must!

Make weekly offerings to the Gods of Software and you shall be spared this.

Dual boot Linux, it makes me feel warm and safe inside. Even if my Windows partition gets hosed I will still have a functioning desktop. Linux isn't much good for gaming, but does everything else very well.

However, if the hard drive dumps I'm done either way. I guess I'd have to get by on an iPod Touch if that happens...

Edit: and nothing is sexier than a Unix(like) terminal.

PD
