I have been trying to find the website of a Chinese magazine entitled " Modern Ships".I have not found it and I am asking for help.

I tried a search with the words "modern ships" and "Xie Li" (The editor of the said magazine) and it came with nothing relating to a magazine.

Maybe the website is no longer?
