Here's a few shots shots from the German side of things.

I encountered this little unescorted three ship convoy in the Indian Ocean. I had sunk two of the ships as you can see and I was starting to shell the Paula medium tanker.

Here, they are all destroyed.

A nice sunset.

The twins. Don't know what they are, but it was an Ise (Late War).

Looks like IJN Type 41 356mm duals to me, if i recall right, even after the reconstruction of the ship, main armament type stayed the same. So those should be 14"ers if i recall the sizes right. But still, nice picture from the bridge.

Is that ship out already btw? I didn't know.

For some reason I just couldn't get my torpedo targetting right to hit this T3 Tanker so I decided to slug it out with the deck gun.

We both punched holes in each other's hulls but I still couldn't get her after about 30hits. Finally had to submerge, run ahead, and use a stern torpedo from point blank range. Then it was time to RTB because she tore the hull of my boat up pretty bad with that gun.

John Hamm and me are currently in the process of creating new mod for US and German uniforms. We are recently at beta-testing the (hopefully) final version. Just a few more bugs (mostly texture conflicts and distortions) and we will be ready to release it....

Rolf Eschke, those are beautiful. I've always been a big fan of just sailing out of the harbors, and have made quite a few shots from SH3 myself. Seeing these in SH4 is a lovely thing.
