And 5 nuts on each side of the cover but not space equally. The nuts in the orange area I am unsure of, as I have not see them in any pictures yet.

Happy drawing, Simon.

Your version is correct.
There are several variants.
Yours is the VIIC41.

Mine is out of the VIIC and it will also give yours to .
Since I have two build options you're going to pass away
The VIIC and see again the VIIC41.
... Or more accurately, the past and later Varant ..

Thanks Tomi. I thought this maybe the case between the VIIC and the VIIC/41 covers It look like they added more nuts, 2 per side to help hold on the cover better in the later variants.

Default Question

After a small break I've taken the work again.
My wounds have not healed yet, but with small steps we continue again.

I have a question to the U-boat experts.
A slightly older variant of this diesel, not in Laboe (VIIc41)
is another variant has the control box.

Which has in Laboe (VIIc41) two small windows, and I suspect that the entire control box is also slightly larger.

The slightly older version I guess has only one window, and I suspect that the box
This also is somewhat smaller.
In this drawing, only one window is displayed (which is not visible here)
What you see is the control box of the variation in Laboe (VIIC41)

I am looking for something pictures or drawings of the old version, or maybe there is another variation.

Pleas Help for your VIIC –Engine !!!

----------------

I think that we will only be in February or March 2010.
Important is it that the animation of the diesel correctly
Will be worked out.
So the money .. GAS and Diesel cycle.
I very much hope that I get support here.
Since the usual time will increase too much.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hi Tomi

I was doing some research on my drawing today and was watching an old U-boat movie of U-boat in New York of U-552 around March 1942. They had a few shots from into the engine room and I noted the control box had two windows. U-552 was an early Type VIIC. So maybe all the control box had two windows and they change it from the drawing

Was maybe the boat (picture) of a Type VIIA or a VIIB? I have only looked at VIIC's. I will look a little farther back
