HM...wow, I thought you ppl would supply your own. I could of course upload a music pack as an addition to this but there is the copyright issue you know! And you could always use the music from the old version

Flymar-
It is really easy to add music to any of the stations. Simply copy the files that you want into the root directory for the radio station (ie /CBS NEWS/) and they will play randomly until a news event triggers, at which time the music will fade and the news file will be launched.

You can find plenty of sample music files throughout these forums.

Sorry, should have been more specific. What I meant was that the broadcasts could have taken place on Sept 11 and they would sound nearly identical. The interruption of Don McNeil's Breakfast Club, the bouncing back and forth between newscasters and "experts", the erroneous reports of eyewitnesses...I just expected a bigger difference between a "modern" radio newscast and one that's 65 years old.

Go to your local music store and buy some old 40's music. Most do this, it is the radio stuff that is hard to come by, this is a great mod

I'm going to go check out napster and see what's on there. I'm looking for some "Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy of Company B" type stuff.

If I find anything, I'll put it up on my server and you guys can have it.

CaptainCox, ace of the deep, I salute you!
You did a great work and I just want to thank you for your effort. Absolutely brilliant! Sailing slowly in the twilight across the East China Sea, far away from safe waters, and listening to the radio news back home and the music of the 40s, now that's an incredible sensation!!!
