One for the Brits
Up untill the 1990's the chatham dockyard was in full active duty, the dockyard is famous for building the royal navys flagship HMS Victory (now where HMS Cavalier sits).
The dockyard has three major exibhits a WW2 destroyer a cold war oberon class submarine HMS Ocelot and a victorian sloop HMS Gannet, as well as the nation lifeboat collection. A trip that is well worth it and the good thing is you pay a one off charge and your tickets are valid for a whole year ! http://www.chdt.org.uk/
